Peamus (or pea hummus aka mock-amole)
Inspired by a <a href="http://www.twinkiechan.com/blog/2009/06/30/herbies-wiwt-and-peamus-recipe/" rel="nofollow">recipe that Twinkiechan posted</a>, Leah made use of the shelling peas from the CSA basket and the parsely and mint in the garden to make a dip for snacking on with Triscuits. It was sweet and spicy and delicious!
